From the beginning of booking my ultrasound, to the initial visit- The whole experience was absolutely incredible. First and foremost the clinic is extremely clean! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful in accommodating a booking based on my schedule. Saima (the technician who did my ultrasound) made the whole experience very comforting. Not only was she thorough in explaining each step of the ultrasound, she was beyond professional and definitely knowledgeable in her profession! Will be back for sure!! Highly recommended!!

Had a great experience at Caledon Medical Imaging! The staff is very warm and welcoming, and treat you like like family. Saima was excellent during my ultrasound and was very easy to talk to about anything like questions that i had regarding the baby and ultrasound. Shes very approachable when it comes to answering questions, and completed the ultrasound with a lot of patience. They allowed me to take photos/ videos of the screen so I could share with family/ friends and this was really nice. Overall a great experience and will never go anywhere else for these services! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks! :)

We were recommended to go to Caledon Medical Imaging for our early ultrasound due to the excellent service they provide. We were really happy with our experience - Saima was amazing and patient. She took the time to answer all our questions and to explain everything we were seeing on the monitor. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had my appointment booked and scheduled the same day of my request, and my experience was fantastic!The office is new, clean and the staff are kind and welcoming. The ultrasound as well went great. My tech, Saima was friendly and compassionate. She took the time to ask about about my history, and then took time to explain what she was doing and any next steps. The bonus is that this amazing place is in my local community! Definitely recommend this facility.

This clinic is amazing. There are able to accommodate appointments the same day if not within a day. The staff is compassionate, friendly and very knowledgeable. I specifically worked with Saima and she was so great. She shared when I should schedule my next appointment and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clinic is very clean and organized.

Had such a great experience from the moment I called with my referral to book my appointment to the moment I left the clinic. They are very clear, organized and easy to get a hold of. The technician (Saima) was great and was able to have an easy going conversation with her. She explained what she was doing which I found very helpful. It was definitely a different experience from the previous place I went where the technician didn't talk to me and wouldn't answer any of my questions. Will plan to continue coming here for future ultra sounds.

Saima was wonderful during my ultrasound. She was warm, friendly, and she put me right at ease. The entire facility is top notch, in my opinion. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly comfortable. The staff are professional, the facility is clean and fresh looking, and the equipment used is brand new. My ultrasound experience here was completely different than from my other experiences. It's wonderful to know that there is such a wonderful facility so close to home!

Someone recommended this place to me for my first pregnancy ultrasound and Saima the technician made sure that I have the wonderful experience. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very patient and gave me ample of time to take pictures.

Great experience with this clinic. the receptionist is very nice and polite. all staff is very professional. they make you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Saima for ultrasound. she is very experienced and knowledgeable. she is such a kind person. I'm very happy and feel blessed to have her as my ultrasound Tech. I will book my all ultrasounds with her.
